Agreement for Mathew Fawcett to be your On Call Computer Technician
What you can expect from me:
Very quick turnaround upon reporting problems, I would expect any major issues to be actioned within an hour.
I am available to use for social media and website updates.
If onsite and I get a call from a higher priority issue from another client I will have to leave and return after completing that repair. This is a rare occurrence but is critical to ensuring all my clients receive the level of service expected.
I am available for all I.T. related tasks, all labour is included in your monthly fee.
My labour has a fair use policy, excessive use of my time may result in extra charges.
I will be installing monitoring software on all systems to be alerted of any failures, this will prevent anything major before it happens.
What is expected of you:
In order for me to give your business the best quality of service I need you to follow any recommendations on repairs and upgrades. Repetitive issues from failing hardware and outdated software will cause massive inefficiencies for both of us.
I will need full access to the computers when repairs are required.
Payment of $495 is due every 30 days and any overdue accounts will be on hold and unable to use my service after 14 days overdue.
Each agreement is for a period of 12 months, any cancellations require notice 2 months before the end of your agreement period. After 12 months the agreement is automatically renewed.
